I bought seeds at Jung today and got some of them started - cucumbers, zucchini, basil, New Guinea impatiens and a whole lot of zinnias! Temperatures have finally warmed up a bit, it's 51º out right now, which for the first time in a long time is above average (by one degree, but that counts!).

Saw the first robin of the year this morning! Despite the cold forecast, spring may be on the way!

Very Different March Weather!
Wow, last year at this time it was in the 60s... We've had snow almost every other day this month, including 9 inches early last week! Temperatures have been below normal in the low 30s. I'm so tired of winter!!

February Weather
The average temperature was 21.1 compared to normal of 23.1. Precipitation was 2.41 inches compared to normal of 1.45 inches. Snowfall for the winter was 55 inches, which is 18.3 inches above normal and makes this the 9th snowiest winter on record!
