Mums and Hawk

I replaced the petunias in the window boxes with mums today, nice to do a little more planting this year!  We also had a small hawk in our back tree this week, I was hoping he would stick around and take care of our chipmunk problem, but I haven't seen him again.

We recently set the record for year to date rainfall, it seemed like it was never going to stop! Luckily the forecast for the next week calls for bright sunshine. I have a bunch of tomatoes and a few peppers that just need to ripen!
